Provides administrative support to free the attention of both the Loan Officer and the Executive Director. Assist in the development of company procedures. Serves as liaison between staff and Executive Director. Performance objectives include planning, research, communication, project coordination, record keeping, loan management and budgeting. Writing minutes for various meetings conducted by SNIEDC.

Qualifications

Associate Degree in Office Management Business Administration or related field. Typing and written skills a must. Must be computer proficient in word and spreadsheet applications. Must have a NYS valid driver's license and be able to pass a background/criminal history clearance, if applicable. Position is subject to pre-employment and random drug screens.
